Sustainify

The Web app from Sustainify introduces a whole new way to explore the world of sustainable products. The app also serves as a platform of innovative ESG education and allow users to redeem rewards for every eco- conscious choice.

The case study presents the process of creating and designing the user experience and user interface for Sustainify.

At Hong Kong market, there is no way for ESG-aware consumers to locate the availability of products align to values. There is no existing directory and info providing on what, where and how to get ESG-aligned products. Consumers may feel confused and time-consuming to find the products, and potentially giving up.

The Problem

Project Overview

Sustainify is a comprehensive web app designed to promote sustainability through various functionalities, including an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) products directory, an ESG education platform, a product redemption platform, and partnerships with charities and NGOs.

In this project, I played a crucial role in the user experience design process. I conducted extensive user research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience, created detailed wireframes to ensure an intuitive layout, and developed interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.

Additionally, I designed a clean, modern user interface that aligns with Sustainify's mission of promoting sustainability, and I established a comprehensive design system to maintain consistency across the app. The result is an innovative web app that empowers users to make sustainable choices, learn about ESG principles, and engage with socially responsible organizations, fostering a community committed to sustainability and social responsibility.
